Be kind even if you feel like you’ve been discounted.
Give of yourself even if you feel all dried up.
Do a random act of kindness even if you feel resentful.
Extend your hand out even if somebody slapped you down.
Laugh even when you feel like you wanna cry about everything.
Pray even if you don’t feel like there's a God.
And just for today, Forgive yourself because that’s the hardest thing to do.
